Adrian Kräubig

Adrian is one of the four Principals and the President of Castore Consulting.

Holding both, the German and the Italian citizenship, he grew up in Berlin, Germany where he commenced his academic career. He has an educational background in business administration and computer sciences.

​

Currently, he is enrolled in the second year of the two year double degree Global Master's in Management programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) on the CEMS track spending a term at Bocconi University.

So far, Adrian gathered experience within the gas sector, the insurance industry, the German parliament and various consulting services. These include start-up consulting, innovation- and digitalisation consulting as well as business development.

​

In his role as President, he is mainly concerned with the strategic orientation of the firm and its external representation. In that function, he takes care of the acquisition of new clients and the negotiation of the deliverables for each project. Moreover, he is responsible for forming partnerships with renowned consultancy firms to organise skill workshops and educational events for the consultants of Castore. These serve the purpose to enrich the firm's service portfolio and validate its practices through insights and practices from renowned practitioners and facilitate a contact with the consultancies for graduate jobs and internships after working for Castore.

As a Principal, he shares the internal competences with the fellow board members. They mainly cover two greater spheres of duty: Preliminarily, they are in charge of hiring the consultants and allocating them to projects. Additionally, each of them oversees some of the projects in close contact with the Project Managers providing strategic advisory and quality assurance through ascertaining an adequate presentation of the deliverables.

Adrian enjoys (older) Woody Allen movies, can only meditate whilst cooking and thrives in heated debates and conversations with open-minded individuals about ideas rather than people.
